How this works: This page explains the practical rules that apply before and after a purchase.

Timing and eligibility: Normal order handling generally takes about 1–2 business days prior to shipment. Once an order ships, the expected carrier transit and delivery window is 3–5 business days, although arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

What to provide: Shipping availability applies only where a destination and service are offered at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is determined by the terms displayed during checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

Additional guidance: Tracking information is supplied when available. Carrier congestion, weather, holidays, address corrections, customs, and other circumstances outside our control can extend the estimate.

Contact step: For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged parcel, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging may be required for damage review. Delivery restrictions may apply to certain destinations or products.
